1-2-1 Relationship Coaching

Each coaching package includes 60 minute sessions of exclusive 1-2-1 coaching with me.

The Gold and Platinum packages include up to 10 coaching sessions PLUS, a free copy of my book ‘The P.E.O.P.L.E. Programme’, a free link to watch my documentary, a DISC Personality Profile and valuable direct on demand in-between coaching sessions vie email.

If you invest in my premium ‘Platinum Package’, it also includes a DISC discovery session and additional contact. 

Platinum means you will be able to contact me via WhatsApp – including voice notes, text or email for the things that come up you want to discuss in the moment or in advance of our next session . If required, we can also jump on a call.

The reason that the programmes are 90 days is because this is the average amount of time for us to be able to find out what you really want and need, find a way of moving towards this and having enough time for it to take shape as a new way of doing things in your life. Finding out how to create the relationships that you only dreamt about having.

During the time that we work together, we will look at your specific needs to get you into the right space to create the relationship you want in your life.

We will look at why things are not working out and/or haven’t worked out for you with previous partners and the things that are stopping you from having the relationships you want.

Whilst you learn about yourself, you will also learn about others and why they do what they do, opening up your eyes to the complexities of human behaviour and taking away strategies to manage relationships in your life.

Each coaching session will either take place online or face to face dependent upon your location. All in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
