This is the most important part of the challenge, as it helps you create the habit and routine for happiness in your day. Each of the first 7 days offers a new Action or Activity that you are challenged to do each day. The really important thing here is to continue to repeat each new activity each  and every day, adds to the day before.

Week 2. Is designed to create a happier mind.

We will explore the power of your mind. Thoughts create Emotions that lead to Reactions which lead to Consequential reinforced beliefs, that cycle back to new  thoughts.

Week 3. Is all about creating a happier life by taking action and empowering yourself to do the
things that bring joy to your life, and creating a better healthier, relationship with yourself.
